Palo Verde

Web Design, Signage Design, and Brand Identity Development

Page/Dyal was hired to create a cohesive communications and signage system for Palo Verde, a new residential development located between downtown Austin and the Texas Hill Country. As the project designer I worked directly between our client and creative directors to realize a brand identity concept and integral brand touch-points ranging from the signage to web and print communications for marketing.

The overarching brand concept we developed was to embrace the distinct location of the property by conveying to potential residents their ability to explore the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country while maintaining a close connection with the urban activity of downtown Austin.

For the property itself, I worked to extended the visual language of the brand identity into a  comprehensive signage and print collateral system. Applications from fabricated site signage, building signage, amenity signage, and interior signage all maintain a cohesive look and feel and help to establish a sense of place across the Palo Verde campus. While stationery, business cards, and an oversized newsprint brochure.
